Durham Porta Potties LooBox, owned by Bruce Thomas and located at 101 W Main St, Durham NC 27701, provides portable sanitation rental services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
Rental periods begin on delivery date and end on pickup date. Customer is responsible for providing clear access to delivery and pickup locations. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, overtime, or damage to units.
Customers must ensure units are used only for their intended purpose. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, cigarettes, feminine hygiene products, or any items that could damage the unit. Customer is liable for any damage beyond normal wear.
Payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Durham Porta Potties LooBox’s liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
